I´M SHYANNE AND I´M SO GLAD YOU´RE HERE

A little background, I grew up in Bokchito, OK; a small town in Bryan County. I attended Durant High School (go lions!) 🦁 & got a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Oklahoma (boomer sooner!)

After college, I decided to take a position back home in Durant, at the bank. It was there that I found out just how much I love helping people achieve financial goals. I moved to an auditing and compliance position within another bank. I looked over mortgage applications weekly. It was that position in which I learned so much about loans and why loan applications get accepted and why they get denied.

Shyanne was awesome to work with, we faced several obstacles and she never stopped pushing through each one!! Definitely will use again, & definitely recommend highly!!

Speak to a lender at a local bank or call a mortgage company with good reviews. (Ask me for recommendations).

Go home shopping!

Find a few homes that meet your search criteria and are priced at or around the amount you qualified for. Let Shyanne know how you’d like to be notified about new listings (text, call, email).

Put in an offer

You found the property you love? Put in a fair offer! your agent will help you with this. Once you come up with your numbers, she will write your offer and get it sent over to the listing agent or seller (whichever may apply).

Under Contract

Your offer is accepted! The agent will deliver your contract and escrow payment to the escrow company. Estimate 30-45 days for abstracting and title work to be completed. Once everything is clear, you can close on your new home!

Consultation

I will look at your homes condition and use our MLS technology to find comparisons and do market research.. We will look some different price options and I will give you a “net to seller” sheet so you know what to expect when it comes to the numbers.

Prep & Prepare

There’s so much advice to give when it comes to having your home ready to list. I will give you a checklist that goes over steps to getting your home ready for listing photos. We will talk about list date and negotiate a sales commission. Time to sign the listing agreement!
